DID CREATION COME ABOUT AND EVOLVE OVER TIME? OR, IS THE BIBLICAL NARRATIVE MORE INTRIGUING THEN WE FIRST THOUGHT.
                     
Evolutionists subscribe to the notion that over time, all-natural processes evolve from simple origins. Organic compounds responded to the physics and conditions over time to expand and evolve into more complex structures that give us the variety of all living things and growth.  

Creationists take a different posture. Partly from the biblical authority that
states, that divine intelligence intervened in these processes to trigger the
outcomes that we now recognise as life itself. Not only that, but all of this was achieved over 6, twenty-four hour days.

The Evolutionary stance leans on Time itself that permits life to conspire and spontaneously foster the evolutionary chain reaction. Intelligent design, on the other hand, holds that left to its own devices, all things will tend to decline and fail. Time does not support the evolutionary thesis, the opposite in fact. Rather than fostering life and perpetuate an ongoing living system, time acts to diminish things. Every natural process tends towards entropy, left to its own devices, without some force intervening to sustain it, everything tends to decay and perish.

Consider our Anatomical Design.
The adult body has just 206 separate bones that make up the skeletal structure. Left to its own devices, the odds that this relatively small number of parts could self-organise themselves into the functional body is astronomically massive. Rearranging all possible combinations of right and left limbs in such a manner is so complex, that beggars belief. This combinatorial challenge is simply beyond any rational notion that given sufficient time, all these parts could eventually find a way to evolve into our bodies we possess. It’s 206! Factorial or a number equivalent to 10 to the power of 388, = 10 followed by 388 zero’s. Meaning the probability that the correct arrangement of parts is 1 in 10388. 

Interestingly if 1 trial of bone combinations took a second to complete in order to arrive at the proper anatomical order, the chances that this will randomly arrive at, the 1 correct order is less then once in 10 billion years. And this is with a small number. The illustration indicates that the argument commonly used by evolutionists- “given enough time, anything is possible’- is deeply suspect and flawed.

Consider a more complex process around Cell spontaneous regeneration. 
Cells are the fabric of life. Yet even the most primitive forms of life are incredibly complex. All human tissue and organs comprise cells. In a human, an estimated 60 trillion cells each interacting and completing in an organised structure. There is no life without cells. Even the most basic bacteria require thousands of genes to carry out the functions necessary for life. E.coli has about 4.6 million nucleotide base pairs, which code for 4,288 genes each one, which produces an enormously complex protein machine. The simplest of these bacteria known to man Chlamydia and Rickettsia are the smallest living things known. The two forms of life require millions of atomic parts. 

If the simplest forms of life require millions of parts at the atomic level, higher forms of life require trillions. The problem for evolution caused by the enormous complexity required for life is quite well recognised, and none of the theories to overcome it (over time) are even remotely satisfactory. For life to persist, living creatures must have a means of taking in and biochemically processing food. Life also requires oxygen, which must be distributed to all tissues, or for a single-celled life, oxygen must effectively and safely be moved around inside the cell membrane to where it is needed.

Without complex mechanisms to achieve these tasks, life cannot exist.

The First Man best illustrates the problems of instantaneous creation. If God created as a mature adult, Adam would appear to say, thirty years of age, when he was one day old. If Adam were examined medically, much scientific evidence in support of a thirty-year-old age estimate would be found. Most medical tests completed on such a man would conclude he was in the prime of his life, even though he was in the strict sense only a day old. All his vital organs, his blood supply, kidneys, the heart must have been functioning simultaneously a unit the second he was created. In other words, God created Adam as a mature man. That a complex structure such as a living organism could be formed by chance without intelligent input has never been demonstrated in a lab, or anywhere else. Given enough time the naturalistic world-view reasons -that anything is at least possible. The problem with that view is the degree of information and complexity required for living organisms to be able to ‘live’ is such that, aside from deliberate intelligent design, from what we know, no matter what the conditions time alone will not allow for the naturalistic construction of life. Evolutionist Stephen Jay Gould stated that even if the evolutionary history on earth repeated itself a million times, he doubts whether anything like Homo sapiens would ever develop again.

Consider the Physics of it all!

The second basic law of nature involves energy. It describes unavoidable losses in any process whatsoever which involves the transfer of energy. This energy does not disappear, but some always become unavailable often as unusable heat. 

Stated in another way, everything deteriorates, breaks down, and becomes less ordered with time. Ultimately, death itself is a consequence of the second law of thermodynamics. This law directly related to the Curse, which was placed upon nature at the fall of mankind in Eden. Energy conservation implies that the universe did not start up by itself. Energy decay further implies that this universe cannot last forever. Secular science has no satisfactory explanation for such laws in nature. These principles simply transcend natural science. Their origin is supernatural, which by definition does not require a long time to develop. The
addition of long ages of time is an unnecessary and confusing complication.
Instead, these laws are entirely consistent with the biblical, six-day creation.

The second law of thermodynamics states that there is a long-range decay process that ultimately and surely grips everything in the universe that we know about. That process produces a break down of complexity, not its increase. This is the exact opposite of what evolution requires.
